1. If your payment is not confirmed before the due date, we will temporarily stop your SIM. We will send you an email to let you know how to pay the overdue payment, so please check it and pay the outstanding balance.
  2. If your payment is overdue for more than a certain period, your contract will be forced to terminate. We will disable your sim, but your bill stays open. In a case like this, you have to complete all your pending payments and are not able to use the same sim card anymore.
    We will also refuse your application for Internet services in the future.
  3. Therefore, If you need to go back to your country and are unable to pay your bills during that period, please make sure to contact us at least ten days before your departure.
