Firstly, kindly make sure that APN (Access Point Name) settings are completed on your device.

If all the required settings are completed, please try the following measures when your device is having trouble recognizing our SIM card:

  1. Make sure to have only 1 SIM card inserted into your device (in case of dual sim).
  2. Make sure to only have APN profile of FLEX MOBILE installed on your device.
  3. Turn flight mode ON then OFF.
  4. If the step ③ doesn’t work, turn off your device, take the SIM out, wipe the bronze part with a dry piece of cloth then put the SIM back in, turn on your device and try again.
  5. Restart your device.
