You can recharge data by two measures below:

  1. Sending a request from FLEX MOBILE app.
  2. Sending a request from My Page ➡　In preparation
    • [Recharge] → [Data Usage Recharge]
    • Choose the plan you want to recharge.
    • Click on [RECHARGE] button.
    • Open [Payments] section to check the bill due date.
    • Make the payment on time.

New 4G data will be added to your account right after you complete your recharge payment. Kindly make sure to complete the payment on time before the due date to get new data for using within this month.

Recharge options: 880 yen/1GB - 2,200 yen/3GB - 3,300 yen/5GB.
