If you have already registered, you can change the data plan from 2nd month of use by setting it manually on your MyPage. Please follow the below instructions to change your current plan:
- Log in to My Page ➡ In preparation
- Go to [Change Plan]
- Choose the plan you prefer
- Select "Submit"
In case you would like to cancel the plan change request:
- Go to [Change Plan] → At [Reservation] box, select [Cancel Process]
Plan changing regulation:
- If your request is received before the 24th of this month, your plan will be updated on the 1st day of the next month.
- If your request is received on or after the 24th of this month, your plan will be updated on the 1st day of the month after next.
- For payment via Direct Debit, if your request is received by the end of the month, your plan will be updated on the 1st day of the month after next.
Your monthly bill (issued on the 25th of the next month) will change to reflect the plan you have selected (plus any additional SMS and voice call usage fees from the previous month). This new monthly bill must be paid for the plan change to take effect.
