To upgrade the sim card plan from “Data only” → “Data + Voice Call 050”, it will plus 330 yen/month onto your current monthly basic plan for adding Voice call option. Please note that: If you upgrade to Voice Call plus plan, your phone will make/receive calls via 050 IP phone service - Cloud Softphone App to have the cheapest rate for outgoing calls. With this plan you are able to make/receive any individual number (mobile number, home phone number, etc...) from Japan national number or international number. So internet connection is necessary to be able to make/receive calls. In this case number of SMS and the Voice Call number is separated in one SIM.SMS number starts with 070/080 or 090, while Voice call number starts with 050. Everyone who wants to call you is not required to set up an application or using the internet to make a call.  To add *Voice call option* please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to My Page (ID and PW is your registered email and password at the beginning)
  2. Click [Change Plan]
  3. At the "Add Voice Option" box → Click [+330 YEN VOICE(050)+DATA+SMS BASIC]
  4. Submit
  5. Confirm the payment info at the "Payments" screen
  6. Finish the additional payment

The Voice Call number will be added to the SIM right after you completed your payment.

  • Upon receiving the sim, inside the package we enclose Smart Pit card with your payment codes: Smart Pit number.
  • Please use the Smart Pit number printed on the Smart Pit Card for payment at convenience stores. Entering the number into the machine as you complete your first payment.
  • After you finished your payment, please follow the instructions to activate the call.
