You can change directly from DATA to CALL service through My Page.Please follow the steps below:
- Log in to My Page:
【URL】➡ In preparation
【User ID】your email address
【Password】 the password you set - Choose [Changing to CALL plan] from the action menu
- Select plan
- Enter Required Information
- Go to [Confirmation page]
- Application complete
Please note that:
- We will deliver a new SIM CARD after the identification screening is completed.
- The SIM CARD and IP PHONE (number starting with 050) currently in use will not be available approximately three days after the product is delivered.
- Regarding the payment of the plan in the changing month, there are no additional charges or refunds will perform. Even if there is a difference between the basic fee due to the plan change. We will only charge the actual usage fee (Used calling fee, SMS fee, etc.) before and after changing plans.
