You can change directly from DATA to CALL service through My Page.Please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to My Page:
    【URL】➡ In preparation
    【User ID】your email address
    【Password】 the password you set
  2. Choose [Changing to CALL plan] from the action menu
  3. Select plan
  4. Enter Required Information
  5. Go to [Confirmation page]
  6. Application complete

 Please note that:

  • We will deliver a new SIM CARD after the identification screening is completed.
  • The SIM CARD and IP PHONE (number starting with 050) currently in use will not be available approximately three days after the product is delivered.
  • Regarding the payment of the plan in the changing month, there are no additional charges or refunds will perform. Even if there is a difference between the basic fee due to the plan change. We will only charge the actual usage fee (Used calling fee, SMS fee, etc.) before and after changing plans.
