Pin code and Puk code are different.
- When an inquiry of Pin code comes in, please try to input "0000" first for Android device or Passcode of Screen lock (6 digits) for iOS device.
- If you make a mistake more than three times, Pin code will be locked. In that case, you need to unlock the sim card with PUK code. Please contact our Customer Support Center to get PUK code for your sim card.
