Please note:
- If you apply for contract cancellation on or before the 23rd, the contract will end on the last day of the month.
- If you apply for contract cancellation on or after the 24th, the contract will end on the last day of the following month.
※ For customers using Direct Debit, at least one month’s advance notice is required for cancellation. The contract will end on the last day of the month following the date of notice of cancellation.
For example:
Cancellation notice : March 13th
Contract completion : April 30th
Note：Any outstanding charges mαy still be invoiced after contract completion.
