4. I forgot to make payments for a few months, and my service has been terminated. Can you reactivate it after I complete all the pending payments?

If your overdue payment remains unpaid after the due date, your account will be automatically terminated by our system (The SIM card will be disabled as well). In this case, you have to complete all your pending payments and are no more able to use the same sim card again.If you still wish to use our service, please apply online again for the new sim card contract after completing all your debts.
