Unfortunately, we will only send out sim cards to the registered address in the online application form.

  • In case of applying for  DATA: If you want to change the shipping address, kindly contact us ASAP before the document screening procedure has completed. Please note that, once the sim card has been on delivery, we do not take any responsibility if your sim card has been lost/stolen due to lacking/mistake of address information.
  • In case of applying for CALL: If you have moved to a new place, kindly update your address on the Residence card at the City Hall before applying for our sim card.
